What do I get for the Free plan?
Our Starter plan is completely free and lets you log up to 150 trades manually. The Pro plan (£29/mo) unlocks unlimited trades, automatic broker imports (Tradovate/TradingView), and advanced psychological analytics.
How do I import my trades?
If you are on the Pro plan, go to Settings > Data. You can drag and drop your CSV files from Tradovate ("Fills" report) or TradingView. The system will automatically detect duplicates and calculate your stats.
Is my trading data secure?
Absolutely. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit using Google Cloud's industry-standard security protocols. We do not sell your trading data to third parties.
How do I manage my subscription or update my payment method?
You can manage your plan, download invoices, or update your card details by accessing the dedicated Customer Portal via the Settings > Billing tab in the app.
How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
You can cancel anytime directly through the Customer Portal, accessible via Settings > Billing. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle (e.g., end of the month/year).
